KVKK Privacy Notice
In accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we inform you about the processing of your personal data in connection with the Umrah travel services offered via HicretYolu.app (www.hicretyolu.app). Details are in the privacy policy.
1. Data Controller
For your booking data, the travel agency handling your booking is the data controller; the HicretYolu.app platform ([[Firmenname]], [[Anschrift (Straße, PLZ, Ort, Land)]]) processes it on the agency’s behalf. For the platform’s own services, such as the website and the Kaswa chat, the platform is the controller.
2. Personal Data Processed
Identity data (first name, last name, date of birth), passport details, contact details (email, phone), booking and payment tracking data, documents you upload, Kaswa chat content and technical data (e.g. error logs).
3. Purposes of Processing
Planning and providing Umrah travel services, managing bookings and capacity, handling visa procedures, tracking payments (no online payment), fulfilling legal obligations, system security and — subject to your consent — notifications via email or web push.
4. Data Sharing
Your data may be shared, to the extent required, with the agency handling your booking, with competent authorities for visa procedures and with public institutions where legally required. Service providers for hosting, email, error tracking and AI are used, some of them abroad (KVKK Art. 9, [[Übermittlungsmechanismus nach KVKK m. 9]]). Passport data and documents are stored encrypted.
5. Retention Period
Booking data is kept as long as the agency needs it and legal retention duties apply. Kaswa conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days, contact requests after 365 days; email contents are cleared after sending, at the latest after 24 hours. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 more days.
6. Your Rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to object to its processing, and to claim compensation in case of damage.
